SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

MANEO currently ships to Australian addresses only. All orders are charged a flat shipping rate of $20 AUD at checkout.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

Every MANEO product is made to order in our South East Queensland workshop. Production times vary by product and are shown on the relevant product page. Most orders require approximately two to three weeks to complete before dispatch.

If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will contact you using the details supplied at checkout.

DELIVERY AND TRACKING

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. Delivery generally takes approximately two to seven business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer for regional or remote addresses, during peak periods or when delays affect the delivery network.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact MANEO as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your tracking has not updated, your parcel is significantly delayed, or it arrives damaged, please contact MANEO through our Contact page. We will work with you and the delivery provider to investigate the issue.
