The MANEO Free Lifetime Repair Guarantee


MANEO leather goods are made to be used and built to endure. If your MANEO product becomes damaged, we will repair it free of charge for as long as it remains owned by the original purchaser or an eligible gift recipient, provided that a practical repair is possible.


What the guarantee covers


The guarantee covers:


  • Failed stitching
  • Rivets, buckles, zippers and other hardware
  • Leather torn or damaged through ordinary use
  • Accidental damage or misuse


Repairs may remain visible and may not restore the product to an as-new appearance. Where the original leather, colour or hardware is unavailable, we will use the closest suitable alternative.


Who is eligible


The guarantee applies to:


  • The original purchaser
  • A genuine gift recipient who can provide proof of purchase


The guarantee is not transferable to subsequent owners and does not apply to products purchased second-hand, including from an op shop, marketplace or private seller.


What is not included


This is a repair guarantee and does not provide an automatic replacement or refund. Products that are lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged beyond practical repair are not eligible for a free replacement.


MANEO will determine the most appropriate repair after inspecting the product.


How to make a claim


Please contact MANEO before sending your product. Include:


  • Your name and contact details
  • Proof of purchase or the original order information
  • Photographs and a description of the damage


We will review the claim and provide return instructions. Please do not send your product until your claim has been accepted.


Postage and repair costs


For claims made under this voluntary lifetime repair guarantee, the customer pays the cost of tracked postage to MANEO. MANEO covers the repair and postage back to the customer within Australia.


Different postage obligations may apply where a product is faulty and the customer is exercising their rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law


This lifetime repair guarantee provides benefits in addition to your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude, restrict or modify those rights.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

  • to cancel your service contract with us; and
  • to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.

If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion.

You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
